Conflict: Self and the World is now on display at the Guilford Free Library, located at 67 Park St, Guilford, CT 06437. It will be up from today to July 31, and on view during library hours.
This venue was planned months out and for it to have been such a breeze to install, I am more than grateful. I walked in, bags of my paintings in hand, and got to work. The space was large enough to accommodate all thirty paintings, giving each one room to shine. It is a lovely art space and area to be in, so I highly recommend checking out my art, the library, and Guilford, when given the chance.

I am still working on my next body of work and creative adventure as Conflict: Self and the World continues to shine. This next work of art will focus solely on death and hell and religion and god. I plan to use the year wisely. It is a rather ambitious goal, but who better than me to see it done. I plan to use my full arsenal of creative skills. Stay tuned on more news about that.
Note: This week is July 4th. America is turning the big 250, and I gotta say… 250 years of great shame is an amazing time for an empire to fall. As a Black American, I cannot say with full honesty that this country has been good to me. I watch my people, every day, face horrors they couldn’t even imagine if they were just born a different skin color. During this American anniversary of 250 years of independence for the white man, I will not be celebrating, but will continue to revolutionize my way of thinking and doing.
Thank you.
